James Richards

Project Manager

This includes servicing the requirements for the Boroughs of Islington and Tower Hamlets, including pre-planned works, day-to-day maintenance and a 24 hour emergency call-out for many aged and vulnerable tenants.

80 Strand is a prestigious building in which maintenance had been long neglected and additional drainage was required as well.

James arranged for an intrusive survey of the building and its basements.

He was then fundamentally involved in the design of a new drainage installation and the upgrading of existing drainage systems. He is now forming part of a PPM regime.

James co-ordinates the MRM drainage section. He runs the NHS contract at King’s College Hospital.
